Why? Why does Cyworld Korea does not allow me or foreigners to be a member and so I can talk to my friends. Why are they so strict on it? I know there is something about protecting their members? From what? Does anyone know all these before me? Tell me~ Explain to me~ WHY???왜?왜?왜?
