Was on my way to work. In just about 200m in reaching my destination, while caught in a traffic, this bastard came bumping into the back of my car causing a chain reaction. Idiot~!! Made the police report and waiting for the report to settle in 2 weeks before I can claim 3rd party insurance~
Was at Sepang Go Kart Track to support one of my Alien Team Members racing in Rotax Max Challenge (RMC). Tarmizi was the driver. It was his first time racing in RMC. During practice and early heats, he was complaining about not enough grip at the back and it was sliding at almost all the fast corners. During the pre-finals and finals, he managed to have more grip and get a good lap time compare to the first day. He started at 15th in the finals and manage to climb 4 spots to 11th. It was his maiden finish. Congratulations~
During the my-Kart 3rd AGM Meeting at Surian Condo, the food was sponsored by Mama Dee Dee. There were Nasi Lemak Ayam Rendang, Nasi Dagang Ayam, Nasi Dagang Ikan, etc. It was delicious and really filled up our bellies. Thank you.
Was caught in the jam while going to my-Kart 3rd AGM Meeting. As early as 9am in the morning, the whole Kuala Lumpur was in massive traffic because of the KL Marathon. Anyway, the meeting was held at Surian Condo Meeting Room. Thanks to Mark for arranging the wonderful room for us. The committee remained the same as last year.
An idea from a friend was made into reality by Karen. She called the Luk Luk Van to her house and she held a party for everyone. How cool was that~ It was unbelievable to see the whole van in the house parking at the car pouch and everyone is either standing next to it or sitting at the garden having their meal. Nice~ Maybe one day, I will have one party like that too. Save lots of hard work preparing food and cleaning it later.
Woke up for work as usual today. As soon as I got in the car, the radio was playing MJ's song. I was like - It's been some time since I last heard it on the radio. All this while, other rock band has took over. As soon as the song is finished, the DJ announced the news. MJ died early this morning at 5.21am (Malaysia Time). What a sad news. I remember my first ever cassette (that time, only LD was introduced) and my first concert was MJs. Despite all the shocking news about him with kids, he has brought a world of music where no one has ever brought us to.
Since now I am officially in Alien Racing Team, I made myself some new add-ons to my helmet. Check them out~! Basically it's the new visor sticker and my initial on the side of the visor.

Yea.. it's an old game. Was launched 2008 but hey~ this is my first PS3 game. Woohoo~ My brother brought a PS3 console back from the States. So now I can buy games and play when ever there is slots~ Of all games, it has to be a racing game :P
On 21st June 2009, it was the 2nd time my-kart holds an Ironman Endurance. This time, the endurance took a new step. We raced with 100cc and 125 cc karts for 30 minutes and a 10laps sprint. During my qualifying, I manage to clocked 3rd fastest with 1 minute flat. The race start with me being able to maintain my 3rd position until I saw my team mate (A.Muhaymin) behind me. I let him passed to chase the drivers in front as he has a faster kart than me. I maintained at 4th position till my mandatory pit stop for lubrication. After the pit stop, my kart performance started to drop and when the race finished, I was in 7th place.
Malaysia bag A1GP most improved team awardPETALING JAYA: Malaysia bagged the most improved team award for the 2008-2009 A1 Grand Prix season in an online poll conducted recently on the A1GP.com website. Malaysia finished sixth in the championship standings, a vast improvement from a dismal 15th last season.
Driver Fairuz Fauzy (pic) started the season well, taking victory in Zandvoort, Holland, to become the second Malaysian after Alex Yoong to win a race in the series. Fairuz also took podium in third place in Algarve, Portugal. The chief executive of the team, Jack Cunningham, was delighted with the award and thanked the fans for recognising their achievements.
“As a team, we have worked hard to make improvements, strengthening ourselves in some areas, putting in as much preparation as we could pre-season and maintaining the focus and commitment throughout it,” he said.
“Both Fairuz and rookie Aaron Lim have contributed to our success and we hope to be among the top five teams next season.”
The 2009-10 season opening races will be held at the Gold Coast in Australia in October.

On 16th June 2009....
Before the Terminator movie, I went to Sakae Sushi for my dinner. It's my first time since they opened in Kuala Lumpur. Anyway, I like the interactive ordering system. Eventhough the design can be improved but it's a good way to do business. Also~ every table has their own hot water, so you don't need to ask for a waiter to add hot water to your green tea. Cool~
Watched the long waited Terminator Salvation with my friends. I waited for this war to begin and finally it started. I didn't put much hope on it. Well, I am ready that this will be a intro to the war. And I am right. The story was not that good but still alright. Introducing the characters and some new machines. But still, it is one hell of a good movie. Must watch~!
The race is on this coming Sunday 21st June 2009. Ironman Enduro is organize by Club my-kart. The race is planned and managed by Naza, Luen, Zul and Me. Come watch it if you are free.
This is going to be my new helmet design. But when will I paint it? Not sure yet.. have to wait till I get a new helmet~

Waking up on a beautiful Sunday, went all the way to Putrajaya to take pictures of a wakeboarding competition. Only took a few shots before the event started and leaved. Boring~ hehehehe~
Was a beautiful Sunday and I went out to do my normal photography routine. Snap anything that caught my eyes. Hanif called and said he was racing the SL Yamaha on the same day. So I went and took some photos of the race at Sepang Kart Track.
Look what I saw at the track under the roof. Nicely parked, ready for me to snap it~ :)
Still there are some changes to the team's racing suit. This has already been the 7th changed. Change is good. It means there are improvement to the design and the team members love it. Let's see what they think about the current one.
Just a little adjustment to make. The logo in the front is to be made bigger so it is easier to be seen.

After half a season of K3 and a full season of K2, finally I got myself to K1. But through out the years, I never been able to win any Final Heat. This has been my first win for a Final Heat. And what more it was the K1 category. Best run for me at the moment.
A day when male or female meet machines. Sepang 1000km is where everyone or just the 1st team have to drive 1000km to win~ I was there to experience it and took heaps of photos along the way. Some of my friends are racing in their own respective teams and I took some photos for them. Ramsey in Team HPC, Luen and Desmond in Titan Racing and Leona in Redbull Rookie. After preparing the wonderful food for the potluck party, it's time to make my way to the rooftop of Suasana Central Loft. All the way up at 38th Floor. The place was beautiful. It has about 4 small units for your BBQ party at the rooftop. The pool was nice complete with Jacuzzi. The gym was nice as well, complete with all equipments. Overall, lovely place to stay.
Took me about an hour to prepare all that. It's very basic stuff. A normal vegetables and fruits salad. And a tit-bits made with cheese, chicken sausage (halal) and tomato on top of a biscuit.
It has been years that I last went to a potluck party. I remembered the last time was at Melbourne during my uni days. After more than 4 years I reckon, it's back. This time it's at James M. house. Bought all the stuff needed. Can't wait till tomorrow when I put all these together~ :) Should looks good~ I can't wait~!!!!!
